NKM Tech Solutions has embarked on developing this technology in-house and in the last one year, has achieved major success in the following niche technology areas: –
(a) Design, fabrication and testing of 60 KHz and 150 KHz transducer for the first time in India. (Transducer is the most critical part of any sonar).
(b) Conceptualisation and development of Signal Processing Algorithm, essential for discrimination signals (target) arriving from different directions and from different ranges.
(c) Design, fabrication and testing of electronic hardware (PCBs for transmission/Reception Control, Signal Conditioning, detection etc.)
(d) High-end Graphic Display for Operator level control of the system (HMI) with associated dashboards for information display.
The company is manufacturing the Power Quality Analyser module (PQAM) for the defence. The design of an intelligent Power Quality Analyser module (PQAM) is envisaged to monitor and detect power supply aberrations and cut off supply to the connected sensitive equipment if the thresholds of such aberration are beyond defined limits. There will be several such modules “talking to each other” and connected to different sensitive equipment.
In addition to generating reports and logging events, the entire network of PQAMs will be integrated with the Automated Power Management System on the input side and with the data lake ashore for analysis. Needless to mention, this system shall incorporate extensive AI/ML algorithms to continuously enhance quality of decision-making.
